Saturday begins the way all sacred things should—with warm Cacao in your hands and your heart wide open. You’ll be welcomed into a circle where you’re invited to arrive fully, just as you are. From there, we move gently—through breath, sharing, and a somatic shakeout to release the weight of the week.

There will be moments of stillness and moments of movement.
Moments where you look into each other’s eyes and remember.
Moments where words rise up from a deeper place than usual.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Opening Cacao Ceremony to soften the walls and enter the heart space

  • Somatic Shakeout to move stuck energy and drop into the body

  • Gentle Partner Yoga to ground, connect, and attune to one another’s rhythm

You’ve likely sat in ceremony before. Drank cacao with tears in your eyes. You know what it feels like to be witnessed in circle.

But maybe your partner hasn’t.

Maybe you’ve craved a way to bring him in—into the softness, the reverence, the realness of this work… without asking him to “do the work” in ways that don’t feel natural to him.

That’s exactly why INTERWOVEN was born.

I’ve longed for a space to share ceremony with Harsh, to crack open together, and to remember why we chose each other. A container dedicated to bringing curiosity, joy, tenderness, and a little fire into your connection—with nature, with spirit, and with one another.

This is a space where the sacred meets the silly. Where your partnership becomes a ceremony of its own.

The invitation for your partner...

You don’t have to be into “retreats” or “ceremony” to come.
You don’t have to know what Cacao is.
You don’t have to share your deepest feelings in a circle of strangers.

This is just a weekend to unplug from the busy, be with your partner, and have space to connect without distractions.

We’ll keep it real, simple, and grounded.
You’ll eat good food, get to rest, breathe a bit deeper, and maybe even enjoy it more than you expected.

No pressure, treat the weekend as an invitation without any demand.
Just a chance to slow down and remember why you’re doing life together in the first place.

  • Opportunities for quiet reflection and guided check-ins with his partner that don’t feel “therapy-ish.”

  • A group that feels intimate, but not intense. No oversharing unless it’s desired. Consent and safety above all.

  • Firelight connection at night—no stage, no spotlight, just stories and stars.

  • A fun movement or body-based practice (like breathwork or simple partner movement) that helps release tension without needing words.

  • Optional deepening practices: eye gazing with instruction and invitation, not demand.

  • Food that feels nourishing and delicious (not just “healthy”)

  • Time to simply be with your person, not a packed schedule!

Nestled 60 minutes south of Edmonton you will be welcomed into the land that is Secret Sanctuary.

A private forested retreat space nestled in the heart of Alberta, where ceremony meets the wild.

Tucked away just outside the city, Secret Sanctuary is a piece of land that holds memory in its soil. Surrounded by tall trees, open skies, and gentle winds, this space was created as a refuge for the sacred—off-grid, intimate, and alive with spirit.

The land invites slowness. Here, the forest breathes with you.
There’s a solar-heated outdoor shower under the sky, a central fire pit where stories rise with the smoke, and curated ceremony spaces woven with natural elements.

It’s a place where technology slips away and nature takes the lead.
A place that has witnessed tears, laughter, deep healing, and return.

Whether you’re glamping, tucked into a tiny home, or sleeping under the stars, you’ll be held by the land itself—rooted, quiet, and unshaped by the outside world.

The Land as Medicine
When you enter the retreat space, you’ll be greeted by alpacas, a tiny home tucked into the forest, and groves of trees that provide refreshing air, you’ll feel your lungs being tended to. The land is a massive aquifer reserve—soft, and plush—perfect for being barefoot all weekend long (yay!). There’s a ceremonial fire pit where we’ll start our mornings and close our nights, offering our voices and laughter to the Ceremonial Fire. At night, the stars and the sounds of wind moving through the trees will carry us into deep rest. The outdoor solar-heated shower nestled in the forest is also a must try— it’s the most beautiful intimate experience with nature.

We are deeply grateful to be working with a videographer who will be joining us to document a portion of the retreat on Saturday afternoon and evening—approximately 4 hours total.

This footage is being gathered with care to support the vision of future offerings. During this time, he is welcome to capture the atmosphere, beauty, emotion, and sacredness of the experience in whatever way speaks to the story unfolding.

You are invited to be part of this moment.
There will be no pressure to perform, pose, or share anything outside of your comfort zone.

We offer this with reverence, and with gratitude for your presence being part of what we’re weaving.

Each tent is curated with so much love and attention—from the cozy, plush bedding to the warm, earthy decor that instantly makes you feel held. It’s your sacred little sanctuary… a home away from home, but better! A beautiful, stress-free way to experience the retreat without the need to pack and set up a tent.
