Creativity as Medicine Day Retreat ~ A Sacred Day Retreat for Women

Private Solarium sanctuary in Edmonton · 6 women only
You are invited into a ceremonial day devoted to the wild, radiant, and often-forgotten medicine of your creative soul.
We’ll gather in sacred space and begin with a heart-opening Cacao ceremony, accompanied by an optional mushroom microdose to support clarity, release, and deeper connection to the self. From here, we’ll journey inward through trance and embodiment, allowing the subconscious to speak.
As the medicine continues to move, you’ll be gently guided through journaling, sacred sharing, and a nourishing catered meal shared around the table in sisterhood. This meal will be offered by Josselyn ~ Whole Foodie Nutrition! After lunch, we’ll walk the land together—breathing, listening, grounding—and return to soften into a meditative practice of yoga nidra or guided rest.
We’ll close with a creative movement ritual offered as a channel for integration and expression. No experience needed, only your presence.
This is a space for remembering that creativity is not a performance
