Creativity as Medicine Day Retreat ~ A Sacred Day Retreat for Women
July 12th · 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Private Solarium Sanctuary in Edmonton · Intimate to 6 Women Only
You are tenderly invited into a slow, sacred day devoted to the untamed, radiant, and often-forgotten medicine of your creative soul—the part of you that aches to move, to express, to feel, to remember that creation was never something to master but something to surrender to.
We’ll gather in the warmth of a private solarium sanctuary, a cocoon held by sunlight and stillness, and begin by opening our hearts with ceremonial cacao {rich, ancient, and alive} paired with an optional mushroom microdose to gently thin the veils between you and the deeper layers of your own knowing, softening the edges of the mind and inviting clarity, release, and reverent communion with your inner world.
From this softened state, we’ll descend inward, through trance-like embodiment, intuitive movement, and somatic awareness, inviting the subconscious to speak in symbols, sensations, and breath, allowing the wisdom of the body to guide us where words cannot.
As the medicine continues to move through, we’ll be held in a space of gentle reflection—through journaling, sacred sharing, and the kind of slowness that makes room for truth—before sitting together around a beautifully curated table for a nourishing, seasonal lunch prepared byJosselyn ~ Whole Foodie Nutrition! , offered with intention, colour, and care.
After our meal, we’ll walk the land with bare feet and open lungs, letting the Earth speak to our nervous systems in the ways she always does—wordless and exacting—and return to nest into a practice of yoga nidra or guided rest, where integration happens not through effort, but through surrender.
We’ll close our day with a creative movement ritual offered not as a performance but as an invitation to let your soul speak through your body. No experience is needed, no skill required. Only your presence, your breath, your willingness to return.
Because creativity is not a product. It is not something to perfect or display.
It is a portal.
It is a prayer.
It is the language of your inner world rising to the surface.
It is you, coming home to yourself—wild, sacred, alive.
